I had purchased a bottle of these vitamins at a whole food store, and when it ran out, I checked to see if Amazon had them, and there they were. They are a very very good vitamin, and you don't have to take two or three twice or three times a day. I take this in the morning - one pill - and I'm good to go.
The pill is a little on the large size, but I've had several medications and supplements that were a good bit bigger. I've never had any trouble swallowing it, it's about the size of two aspirin laid next to each other.

I've been taking this vitamin since 1987, and I can assure you that it really works. My energy level is always good when I'm taking the vitamin. When I have completed my supply I always can tell that my energy level has gone down. While I'm taking the Solgar I have the energy and enthusiasm to go to the gym to work out. I think it's the vitamin that keeps me going.

I love this product. It compensates nicely for those times when I am not eating right, and the list of vitamins and minerals is matched by very few comparable products on the market today. It may be more expensive than a lot of multi-vitamins, but it's worth it.
