I tried the sample pack and quickly cancelled my account (cause they warn you very plainly that they will send another shippiment in 14 days!). So after I had the time to try them I regretted cancelling! The stuff is great! I have a touchy tummy and they set very well. No digestive problems at all. They give you a low steady energy - not the quick energy rise and resulting crash of other products. No jittery moments, you just feel really alert and very productive! The flavors are a bit sweet - but I take the liquid in the morning and have two chews with me for the after noon - so it is not much of the sweetness each day. I work three jobs and these are my life line!!!

I normally use the concentrate FRS Healthy Energy or the FRS Healthy Energy Ready to Drink but I love the chews for when I'm feeling a little tired in the evening. One or two picks me right up and keeps me going. It's good when driving also.

I have tried all of the FRS products and will agree with most reviewers that the chews have a unique texture and they do not taste "great"...not bad though. The following are the benefits I have noticed over the past 18 months. The primary benefit I receive during excercise is better energy and I have no muscle soreness after running or lifting weights. At work I will take a serving after lunch and I have zero late afternoon lulls. I am intrigued by the research pertaining to the ingredient quercetin. While studies are early there are numerous reported health benefits to quercetin. I am happy with this product and will continue using FRS.

I am closing in on 60 years very quickly and I was feeling more like 90. I wanted to loose weight and get my energy up when I first read about FRS. I was able to locate some of the drink at my local GNC and was impressed by the results. My pulse did not race but I was able to tolerate mild exercise for over a half hour and my recovery was very quick. The chews are great for immediate pick -me -up and they taste good too!
FRS will not keep you awake at night like some of the Caffine based energy drinks do . It is also safe because it is made of all natual ingredients. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to increase their energy levels without the effects of caffine.

FRS products are amazing, if your looking for an energy boost similiar to RedBull you wont find it here, instead you will get a very clean and clear energy boost without any type of crash. I love this stuff, but my favorite is the liquid concentrate, I take that daily now.
