In an ideal world all of us would be getting many more servings of fruits and vegetables than we actually end up with, but since we don't live in an ideal world it is a smart thing to do to get supplements that help us achieve our nutritional goals. These chewable tablets have many advantages over more traditional powdered dietary fiber supplements. There is no messy mixing into drinks, which makes them convenient to use outside home. Furthermore, they actually taste pretty good so you don't have an instinctive aversion towards them. However, you have to be careful: these tablets are not meant to completely supplant all of your soluble fiber needs. You should still strive to make your meals as balanced as possible.
The only issue that I have with these tablets is that since they are sugar free they leave a bit of an uncomfortable taste in my mouth that I have come to associate with most products that use sugar substitute. Other than that, this is a very good product that will help you maintain a balanced diet.

I've read that taking more fiber before you eat will stabilize your insulin.
If your insulin spikes (if you eat something with sugar) it will cause your body to store more body fat.
Since I have made changes in my diet, I figured this would be a good addition.
What is good about this product?
They taste absolutely GREAT.
I have to remind myself they aren't candy. I take one before all three major meals to keep my insulin in check.
So far I've lost a few inches on my waist, due to proper diet.
I think these are a good addition since most people don't get enough fiber.
More fiber will help prevent colon cancer and a host of other ailments.
More fiber is just a good thing all around.
What was bad?
Be VERY careful.
If you're adding fiber, START SLOWLY.
I started with two tablets before each meal and did I pay for it.
Bloating, etc..........I won't go into details. Anyone reading this will probably already know what too much fiber your body isn't used to will do to you.

I cut it back to one tablet before each meal and my body seems to be tolerating this much better.
As long as I keep losing fat I'll be happy.
Fiber Choice comes.....

Tried benefiber, metamucil,guar guar, citrucel, and fiber choice. Only fiber choice and citrucel are amazingly delicious. I am taking fiber supplements for long term. Favors and taste are very important to me. I guess FiberChoice is manufacturered by the drug company, because my friend's doctor also recommended it.

Ever since I had my hysterectomy 5 years ago,I became sluggish,which never was a problem for me.I eat a very high fiber diet,but still needed something extra.I love this brand.I have tried many others ,this is my all time favorite,I now get this on autoship through amazon,so I always have it in the house.The sugar free assorted fruit is the best in my opinion.
