I have been using this product for less than a month and it has taken away the pain in my knees. I have arthritis and this product has been a great help. I still feel the stiffness but not the pain. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I have been taking these capsules for about six or so. Within the first month I found relief from my joint pain. I was waking up early in the mornings due to pain in my hip, knee, and ankle. I am now almost totally pain free. On cold mornings I sometimes notice a slight twinge before I get up and move around but no real pain. I began taking the cherry juice extract mixed in fruit juice but decided to try the capsules for convenience. I have found them to be great.
My sister has serious pain in her shoulder secondary to a medicine she is taking. She has had shoulder pain for years. I recommended these capsules to her. She has been taking them for about a month. Some days she pain free and others her pain is much reduced.
The price on Amazon is good and frankly the results are more than worth the money.. plus I got free shipping.

read an article on this item for arthritis,really was'nt sure would help,but to my surprise it has,no mircles mind you but a difference,it will take a few months to really know how much more it will help. I was so was glad to find this at such a good price. belive me I shopped around.
